With a bombshell leaked dossier revealed during Day 9 of the trial

An Update on Reiner Fuellmich's Trial

I am not a lawyer, so this is a lay perspective on a court matter, as gathered from many hours of reading notes from other lay people and citizen reporters who have attended Reiner’s court proceedings in Germany, of which, most write notes and provide their understanding of what they hear and witness in the court room. Then all this gets translated by someone from German into English, so much could be lost in translation after interpretation! There are also some English subtitled videos from Reiner’s lawyers, but most important there are some updates in English from Reiner himself. This stack will provide a summary snapshot of the situation, along with a couple of informative transcripts. Bringing you up to speed!

How the legal web began

Taking it right back to the beginning the Corona Investigative Committee (the Committee) was formed on July 9, 2020 by four lawyers Reiner Fuellmich, Viviane Fischer, Antonia Fischer and Justus Hoffmann, the latter two replaced two scientists, who I understand, pulled out for unknown reasons.

This Committee, over the following year and a half ran daily video interviews from experts, 5 days per week, gathering expert testimony on the corona pandemic. They received millions in donations to help fund their proposed legal efforts and to cover overheads. In most of the interviews you would see Viviane and Reiner in the forefront, and I only in the beginning did I notice two other people in the background, who rarely asked questions. Wolfgang Wodarg would often make appearances asking questions of those interviewed, I suspect, but don’t know, that he was one of the “scientists” who decided not to make an official tie with the Committee.

Fast forward to September 21, 2022 when Reiner made the shocking announcement that had left the highly visible and influential Corona Investigative Committee under controversial circumstances. It was told he was kicked out, and was accused by co-founder Viviane Fischer of stealing €1.35 million of Committee funds.

On September 28, 2022 Reiner responded to the theft allegations briefly in English, (and more fully in German days earlier) at which time he announced he had established the International Crimes Investigative Committee (ICIC) to continue the work, in a more professional manner and with broader context.

Fast forward again one year, to Friday October 13, 2023, when Reiner and his wife went to pick up new passports and visas at the German embassy in Tijuana, Mexico where he was arrested then escorted to Frankfurt Airport in Germany. He was refused bail and was jailed. I’ve heard it stated that he was “kidnapped” from Mexico embassy and arrested when he arrived in Frankfurt, both technically are German “soil”, so who knows.

At the time of the arrest Reiner’s friend and attorney, Dagmar Schön, informed us that the charge sheet was 30 pages long indicating something that “was carefully planned and executed. They related to allegations of former team members on the Corona Committee, about financial wrongdoing.”… “The traitors from this committee have now taken him to prison.”

She mentioned “traitors”, being plural, at that point I realised the other two official Committee members, attorney Antonia Fischer and Dr. Justus Hoffmann, were also the accusers, and would become known as the main accusers. It appears that Viviane Fischer may has been strung along by the others, too busy actually doing committee work to realise I suspect, but to this date she remains an accuser.

In a December 22, 2023 press release by “the defense” it states:

On November 17, 2023 the Göttingen public prosecutor’s office brought charges against Dr. Reiner Füllmich on the basis of a criminal complaint filed by former shareholders without the defense having prior access to all volumes of the investigation file or the opportunity to comment...

…At the time of the sale on October 3, 2022, the property was unencumbered and the € 700,000 was to be repaid to the Corona Committee from the purchase price of € 1,345,000. However, this was prevented until today by the entry of a land charge on November 18, 2022, i.e. one and a half months later in our opinion unlawful and the payment of an amount of € 1,158,250 in favor of the complainant Marcel Templin. This matter must be clarified, also by the public prosecutor's office"

These dates are confusing, it was on September 21, 2022 that Viviane Fischer accused Reiner of stealing money, how could this be if the house sale hadn’t even gone through as yet? Then the sale proceeds were “captured” by Marcel Templin, for a reason I don’t understand how this could happen, but anyway as a result of this blockage, no money was received by Reiner, so he was technically unable to pay back the loan, through no fault of his own, a fact that appears to not be allowed to enter into evidence on day 1 of court.

In addition, there are accusations of, non-approved monthly payments to Reiner’s law firm, which seem to be completely ignoring the “services rendered” by the staff there addressing massive volumes of emails and phone calls which kept the Committee mission moving forward and functioning. The Trial begins

The trial began in Göttingen, Germany on January 30, 2024, all this time since Reiner’s arrest he has (and still is) incarcerated, and paraded in hand cuffs whenever in public as though he is already a convicted criminal! I believe the justification for this is because this is a “criminal” case and not a commercial/lesser charge.

The day before the trial Reiner’ wife Inka expressed the following words:

The last months have been very stressful, not only for us but for all of you, because also for you there was ever greater pressure from outside…

For me it’s not only about my husband. Like, most likely, most of you, I grew up in a functioning democracy in Germany and now this is a test case of the situation - and Reiner’s case is an example of that. Many doubts chew at me. Can I still believe in a just system, in our right to a fair hearing in the true sense of the word?

…When someone who has been in prison for months, still is brought into court in handcuffs, we have to doubt that there is still the presumption of innocence.

We are now April 5, 2024, and there have been ten trial days spaced out since the late January start. The dates listed below I believe to be correct based on German time zone:

• January 30, 2024 - Day 1

• February 2, 2024 - Day 2

• February 7, 2024 - Day 3

• February 27, 2024 - Day 4

• March 2, 2024 - Day 5

• March 5, 2024 - Day 6

• March 8, 2024 - Day 7

Reiner has several lawyers on his team namely Katja Woermer and recently Dr Christof Miseré, there maybe others, he often participates in his own defense cross examining witnesses. There are several citizen journalists and supporters who regularly attend court days, some travel several hours just to attend.

Citizen journalists have commented on witness testimony, which appears all very strange to me with the alleged professionals on the stand being forgetful and contradictory. It appears that Dr Justus Hoffmann is the leader, who seems to have some personal health issues (I suspect mental health), which he has asked the court to not be shared with the public when he testifies. The court granted a public-free court room on these days, as was revealed on Day 10.

On March 22, 2024 Reiner released a public statement which provides a good summary of matters up to Easter. You can watch below or read the transcript below of “their house of cards is collapsing”.

Dear friends,

Because of the Easter holidays there is a two week break in the criminal proceeding against me this gives me a chance to summarize the current status, the status quo of that proceeding, but it also gives me a chance to look beyond this proceeding at a very positive development that is happening in reality. In that reality, which is the backdrop to the efforts to shut me up and put me in jail. It looks like the corona pandemic which actually opened my eyes and made me aware of an, up until then unimaginable Web of Lies, is now unravelling and even officially unravelling as a plandemic.

The windows of truth that are opening worldwide and that and the light that shines through these windows is in the process of identifying all of those who are responsible. No one will escape Justice.

A new article by German journalist Paul Schreyer in the publication Multipolar is based on intensive research and a number of lawsuits which were brought… under the German version of FOIA, the Freedom of Information Act, …this article clearly shows that the German equivalent of the CDC the RKI [Robert Koch Institute], which up until March 16th of 2020, based on real science, had informed the public that the coronavirus was nothing but the flu, changed its tune overnight.

When on March 16th, a high ranking member of the RKI, who was intimately connected with the plandemic industry and it’s mouthpiece, that WHO, in tandem with much of the rest of the Western World of course, decided that there was now reason to escalate the hither to harmless situation into a pandemic, and scare the hell out of the population to test their obedience. This happened without any scientific basis, without any scientific basis! It was based purely on a political signal from the plandemic industry and its mouse piece the WHO. Even though Paul Schreyer states in that article that the name of the person who did the dirty work for the WHO in Germany, is not known, it seems very clear to me that he knows precisely who it is, and so do we by the way.

This of course will be of huge importance even in the German systems courts of Law and as they, up until now, blindly and without questioning anything that came from the RKI, took for granted that there was a dangerous novel coronavirus that was responsible for a pandemic. Now it is clear that the RKI is corrupt.

And it looks like similar developments can be seen worldwide. I was just informed by one of the people who wrote me and gave me some information that Fauci, in the United States, seems to have admitted that there was no basis whatsoever, let alone the scientific basis, for the social distancing and the distances prescribed for social distancing.

Their house of cards is collapsing and we as International attorneys will do our best to speed up that process and make sure that Justice is done.

He mentions a recent article by Paul Schreyer in Multipolar, I believe it is this one here, which relates to a freedom of information release from the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), the German equivalent of the CDC. The health agency didn’t have the data to support raising their virus risk level from “moderate” to “high”, which resulted in the government imposing strict measures on the German population following March 16, 2020. In the documents released, the name is blanked out, it would seem Reiner and his team know who this “high ranking member of the RKI” is. The plot thickens!

Back to the video, Reiner goes on to provide a pre-Easter update on his case it going.

As far as the criminal case against me is concerned, it is very simple. The prosecution's main witnesses, the eerily strange attorney Mr Hoffmann and my former co-host Viviane Fischer, whose performance in court rivalled that of Mr Hoffmann, have been questioned. They gave their testimony. Mr Hoffmann came across as a highly aggressive, uncontrolled person whose inexplicable and also unexplained hatred for me, Viviane Fischer, and actually the entire world. He had to admit that there was no basis for any of the massive accusations of me having threatened him in numerous weird ways, among others with a Winchester rifle or by radicalising the members of the political party, whose co-chairman I was for a while.

One of the more bizarre accusations he made was that he felt threatened by me because of his "ethnic background." When we asked him what this meant, he stated that he was an Ashkenazi Jew. Well, if that is true, and I don't know that it is, even it I had known about it, it would have been totally irrelevant to me.

The only reason I had shown him, indeed, my utter disrespect for him, and I even despised him, is that I learned that he was both professionally, and on a personal level simply an idiot.

Viviane Fischer confirmed that neither Mr Hoffmann nor Antonia Fischer, whom we had included in the Corona Investigative Committee as substitutes for two scientists, played any role in the work of the Corona Investigative Committee, and were only interested in the donations.

We found it rather bizarre, however, that Viviane Fischer seems to still be willing to cooperate with these people, despite the fact that these two, and their dubious partner [I believe he means Marcel Templin], through fraud and extortion, had gotten their hands on roughly 1.5 million euros of my and my clients' money, despite the fact that these people, with the help of the district attorney, are now trying to get their hands on all of the Corona Committees donations only to shut its work down. Very Strange.

Despite the fact that the evidence is mounting that the district attorney is guilty of obstruction of justice, and this is a crime not just a misdemeanour, I don't believe that the court is under control of whoever is behind this proceeding. But we'll see.

Very helpful in fact, crucial for my case, is that Viviane Fischer also confirmed that we took out the loans in order to secure some of the donations from the states attaching our bank account, that there was an imminent and rising risk of this happening, and that, of course, we were both willing and able to repay the loans. This means that the DA's case is dead in the water. In fact, had we not done anything to protect the money from wilful attachment by the states, we would have been guilty of a violation of our fiduciary duty to take care of the donations.

For the court and for those who are interested, we will file a detailed assessment of Viviane Fischer's and Mr Hoffman’s, at least partially, bizarre testimony in court.

He goes on to speak briefly about the situation in Ukraine

...Thank you for your letters and the sometimes very personal messages. By the way, no one except me read them. The envelopes are closed when they come to me. They're only destroyed after we open them and I get the letters.

I'm very much looking forward to getting back together with my wife, our dogs, my family and friends and to continue with our work with the international group of attorneys, with the help of all of you, of course. There will be justice. There is no other way for humanity to survive.

Bombshell revealed in court day 9

So now for the bombshell that was dropped in court on day 9. It appears someone called “B**” leaked to Christof Miseré, Reiner’s new attorney, a “Dossier” on Reiner Fuellmich complied by a German “public authority” from August 2021 which contains…well listen for yourself from Reiner’s new attorney outside of court on April 2, 2024 talking to Roger Bittel of bittel.tv. - or read the meaty bits below.

Dr Christof Miseré, attorney in Reiner’s defense attorney in court read from "a dossier from a public authority", this is what he said after court, he will read part of the dossier (The English subtitles in the video)

Yes, it actually shows through a dossier that has just been leaked to me that Mr Fuellmich has been persecuted for a very long time and they tried to use some kind of constructs to make him ineligible for election in the Federal Republic of Germany.

Attempts were made with the public prosecutor's office and so on, so it was initiated by one of the services, such as the Federal Criminal Police Office or so, that they tried to recruit people from his environment to obtain information and finally tried to bring charges against him and that he would be convicted. That was planned, that was already planned in a note that was already in 2021, that was practically already planned.

From the notes of a citizen reporter, Reiner had apparently been under surveillance by the Office for the Protection of the Constitution, the BKA and the Federal Intelligence Service since August 24, 2021.

It's a dossier that, of course, contains various dates, up to the latest status so there are also reports about the procedure and about the person in general. And then also the fact that in 2021 they have already said that they have to get rid of him somehow, and get rid of him, so to speak [!!!], so that he is no longer politically electable. Ultimately, that means a high conviction, which rules out the possibility of being elected in the Federal Republic of Germany

It appears this is why they constructed “criminal” charges and parade Reiner in handcuffs, and did not bring commercial law charges (whatever the right phrase for that would be), which Reiner has stated would normally be applied to these types of accusations.

And then it was also said that if you can't do it with, well, there's a plause [?] like this, which I can read out to you later, if you can't do it practically with the rule of law, you have to develop a construct and implement it with the actors you have.

Bittel: “So very specifically you mentioned the file that we will read out at the end. What is the next step?”

Yes, actually, I wanted to add that the file shows that there were contracts, especially between these so-called port lawyers and the public prosecutor's office very early on. That there was a senior public prosecutor from Goettingen, who said that there was nothing to the case! Then they brought in a young public prosecutor …from Hannover. And it smells like, that this criminal complaint, the so-called port lawyers, was made in order to make it possible and that this sale of land it practically being used in retorspect to say that Dr Fuellmich was liable to prosecution right from the start.

Bittel: So you could say that it has been orchestrated, planned for a long time?

Yes, but when it comes to the execution, you have to realise that a public prosecutor didn't go a long with it, so you have to change things around a bit. And then there was this house sale and it was handled like this and of course it reeks that this money is now gone, you've killed two birds with one stone. You have Dr Fuellmich as a result. Because they say the money hasn't come back. And the Corona Committee, which they probably didn't like that much either, as this paper says, or you can see in the public, doesn't get any money either. But then [Port Lawyer Marcel] Templin and others got the money.

And Templin is in an area where there are actually people who work either with the BKA [Federal Criminal Police Office] or with the BND [Federal Intelligence Service].

Bittle “That of course is the bombshell, will of course take on a scale that many people can't even imagine.”

Yes, but in the end that's how they work, and when you get information like I did here, for example, but also form the file, it was already clear to me what must have happened. And then it's only been confirmed once again.

The Plan

The plan is practically political incompatibility and legal action. An analysis should be carried out to assess the possibilities of a declaration of incompatibility that would prohibit Reiner Fuellmich from holding political office due to proven anti-democratic tendencies…

The initiation of criminal procedural measures based on the evidence collected must be prepared. This includes cooperation with public prosecutors and the preparation of charges in the event of demonstrable legal violations….

Any necessary constructions must be weighed up and suitable third party actors recruited…

(As a note in the end) The activities of Reiner Fuellmich pose a complex challenge for the security authorities...which require a coordinated and multi layered response, the implementation of the recommended measures should help to prevent his political viability and protect the security and democratic values of the Federal Republic of Germany."

End of “The Plan”

I never say politically conducted proceedings, I say politicised proceedings, with the objective that he can no longer have a function in Germany. Perhaps he has actually been made to look a bit worse than he actually is, because they want to legitimise their actions. And I think that's really awful.

Normally, if I'm the judge, I don't know to what extent the judged have said they know nothing about these efforts. That's what I'm assuming for now. But you have to know one thing, from my experience, a few charges have not been admitted here again the Higher Regional Court has not yet ruled on them. I'm telling you, if the judges here now say, because of these things the man has to be freed, then they would probably to to the Higher Regional Court and open the other one, in order to keep him in custody.

So there you have it…the meat and potatoes. Pray for Reiner. Pray for the Judge, Pray for Germany. Pray for us all.
