RNA Particle (RP) Technology Vaccine Platform for livestock (and pets)- a Timeline
"Prescription vaccines" for livestock, for any virus or bacteria, in 4 weeks. Coming soon to a human near you?
Today I went to add a livestock vaccine data point to the Edible Vaccine’s page at TotalityofEvidence, what should have been a simple task turned into a day long task of investigating, searching archive pages, and plotting timeline data points, and now writing up this substack.
If you are not already aware, the farm animals that make their way to our plate, (and potentially your pets) are already being injected with RNA Particle vaccine technology products. How extensive this is, I’ve not investigated. What this means to our health, that too I’ve not investigated. At this point it appears these products are definitely being used in pigs. It is unclear to me at this point if a Lipid NanoParticle is used to get the RNA into cells. It does appear that the RNA is being injected and not a protein.
Why has Merck Animal Health deleted all reference to their Sequivity RNA vaccine product?
Curiously, it was Vigilant Fox’s recent “sponsored” article that led me down this trail. I sometimes forget what links I have added to my pages, so I went to checked and discovered that Merck’s RNA swine vaccine (Sequivity) which they launched in 2018 has all the link broken, and being redirected to https://www.msd-animal-health.com/. Try it yourself HERE
I tried various domain formats and very few Sequivity pages are live. Maybe its a temporary glitch, but I find the timing curious to say the least.
Anyhow, moving on to discover how did we get to Merck’s RNA vaccine in the first place
This is how the timeline goes for RNA Particle vaccines:
2005
In 2005, while working as researchers at Iowa State University (ISU) in Ames, Iowa, two scientists Dr. D. L. (Hank) Harris, who was a professor in the Animal Science and Veterinary Diagnostic and Production Animal Medicine Departments and Dr. Matt Erdman (Postdoctoral Researcher at the time) discovered that two of the Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome (PRRS) virus’ surface protein structures allowed the virus to 'cloak' itself from the pig's immune system.
These proteins were determined to be the Protective Antigenic Determinants (PAD) for the inducement of antibodies in pigs; thus making the proteins the target proteins for creating a vaccine.
“Iowa State University filed a provisional patent based on these findings in November of 2005, which has consequently been issued and exclusively licensed to Harrisvaccines.”1 So the University Foundation will get patent royalties.
In 2005 , following this finding Dr Hank Harris sets up Sirrah, LLC or Sirrah-Bio, to develop swine vaccines, receiving initial funding from various agencies including the US Dept. of Ag. Sirrah-Bio will become Harrisvaccines Inc. around 20092 3
During 2005, Erdman learned that scientists at a company called AlphaVax, a human vaccine company in North Carolina, had developed a replicon-based platform superior to conventional vaccine technology that was currently in use at the time. Based on other research, it appeared likely that AlphaVax’s replicon platform was a good match for delivering the Iowa State University PAD (viral protein elements) as a vaccine.
“AlphaVax uses a specialized viral vector system to make alphavirus replicon vaccines called alphavaccines”4
Thus, an alliance between the ISU and AlphaVax scientists was formed for collaborative research. In time, an evaluation agreement between AlphaVax and Harrisvaccines was signed. During the evaluation agreement, it was shown by Harrisvaccine scientists that a human vaccine prepared at AlphaVax for influenza would protect pigs against the influenza virus as well. This was the first time that the replicon technology had been used in pigs.
2007
In 2007, Harrisvaccines and AlphaVax signed an agreement for a field of use exclusive license for the replicon technology to be used in swine for vaccines for PRRS and Swine Influenza (SIV).5
March 2007 - “Sirrah completed its first round of financing and raised sufficient capital to hire employees and purchase equipment. In July 2007, Sirrah will begin selling its unique Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus (PRRSV) vaccines to select Iowa producers through its Veterinarian-Client-Patient (VCP) relationship. … Sirrah will seek USDA approval to sell its PRRSV vaccine nationally, and internationally, in 2009.”
2009
Somewhere in 2009 Sirrah-Bio LLC transitioned to Harrisvaccines Inc, the latter website is only archived from 2009 - WEBSITE
It appears that Dr Matt Erdman has left the company by this time and has gone to work for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) according to his LinkedIn page. He is not on the Harrisvaccines board of directors in 2010.
In 2009 Harrisvaccines submits thier license application to the USDA for their new technology swine influenza virus (SIV), H3N2.
2010
Proof of concept paper is published January 2010 with the authors from both Harrisvaccines and Alphavax.
January 8, 2010 - Alphavirus replicon particle vaccines developed for use in humans induce high levels of antibodies to influenza virus hemagglutinin in swine: Proof of concept by Erdman, Harris (Harrisvaccines Inc) and Smith, Kamrud (Alphavax Inc) - READ
2011
On June 29, 2011 Merck announced a change of name for their animal health division from Intervet/Schering-Plough Animal Health to now Merck Animal Health6, and MSD Animal Health outside of USA and Canada. This is useful to know when you are looking at licensing documents, as I discovered.
2012
On September 20, 2012 Harrisvaccines announced that the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) had granted them a license for the company's RNA Particle (RP) Platform technology swine flu vaccine, approved by the Department's Center for Veterinary Biologics (CVB) for disease caused by swine influenza virus (SIV) H3N2. This vaccine is the first to be licensed by the USDA CVB that utilizes RNA Particle Technology.
The Harrisvaccines employ their unique SirraVaxSM RNA Particle (RP) technology platform to develop rapid-response, herd-specific products for animal diseases. Once the platform gets approved (not the individual products) they will be able to make “prescription vaccines” at will. (Sirra is derived from the original company name).
The company also granted United States Veterinary Biologics Establishment License, #592, which approves their Iowa manufacturing facility to make new vaccines in the future, “for a broader spectrum of veterinary applications from swine and cattle to companion animal and farmed aquaculture."
At this time the Dr Erdman is working for the USDA in their inspection division!
RNA Particle vaccines now get pumped into swine, which then end up, unbeknownst to the public, on their dining table. It is still unclear if there is a Lipid NanoParticle used in this technology. Read the image below to find out how this SirraVax Platform works.
2013
By October 2013 “Harrisvaccines, Inc. Secures Exclusive Rights From AlphaVax, Inc. to Develop RNA Particle Vaccines for All Diseases in Companion Animals”7
Expect RNA vaccines to be rolled out to your pets, they likely are already.
2014
On June 17, 2014 Harrisvaccines’ Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea virus (PEDv) Vaccine is awarded a Conditional License8 which allows Harrisvaccines to sell the vaccine directly to veterinarians and swine producers. The vaccine had already sold “nearly 2 million doses through veterinary prescription already under a emergency use.
“The vaccine was introduced in August 2013 under the brand name iPED and quickly gained favor among veterinarians and pork producers. The newly licensed vaccine was renamed Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Vaccine, RNA, which reflects its SirraVax RNA Particle Technology.”
In May 17, 2013 the first PED diagnosis in the United States occurred (conveniently) in Iowa. PED’s pathogenic agent is a coronavirus, which is distinguishable from transmissible gastroenteritis of swine (TGE) only by laboratory tests.9
Just days after the Spike gene sequence was confirmed from a “known Chinese strain of PDE” Harrisvaccines had a vaccine ready for production. [SERIOUSLY, does this sound familiar?]. iPED received conditional licence in 2013.10
2015
On September 21, 2015 the USDA Approves Harrisvaccines Avian Influenza Vaccine11 in case of a poultry flu outbreak! As the SirraVax platform allows “researchers to adjust the drug to fight future strains”. Now vaccines are starting to be called “drugs”!
October 15, 2015 the US Government orders $6 million contracts for stockpile of Harrisvaccine’s Avian Flu Vaccine and another company.12
On November 12, 2015 Merck Animal Health announce they are acquiring Harrisvaccines Inc., just before the USDA approves the overarching new RNA Particle Technology Vaccine Platform.
2016
Big milestone for Merck
March 15, 2016 – Merck Animal Health Press Release: Harrisvaccines Receives Production Platform Vaccine Licensure First of its Kind Granted by USDA13
“Merck Animal Health today announced that its recent acquisition, Harrisvaccines, has been granted licensure of its Prescription Product, RNA Particle (RP) vaccine platform from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). This first-of-its-kind USDA license approves the company’s innovative production platform and allows for the manufacturing of herd-specific, custom vaccines prescribed by a licensed veterinarian.”
The vaccine platform and production process used is exactly the same for any disease. The only thing that differs is the gene [RNA sequence] inside the vaccine."
This appears to me to be Merck’s foot-in-the-door for human RNA “prescription”, personalised medicine, “vaccines”. What do you think?
2018
On June 6, 2018 Merck Animal Health announce their introduction of their SEQUIVITY™ Technology, which likely is the a REBRANDING of the SirraVax Platform. It is sold as an “innovative and highly advanced RNA Particle Technology is used to create flexible, safe and precise vaccine solutions to new and evolving disease challenges.”14
Merck released a 2 page summary whitepaper that summarises the “technology”. It is very hard at the moment to find any information on Sequivity.
“Millions of doses of the SEQUIVITY vaccine platform have safely been used by veterinarians in swine herds for more than ten years since the USDA first issued the license in 2012.”15 This is because they are quoting their acquisition of Harrisvaccines…it took me a few hours following leads to work this out.
On June 12, 2018 at the World Pork Expo, Merck Animal Health launched Sequivity. Have a listen to Joe Roder, DVM, technical services manager, Merck Animal Health. It is concerning that guess work seems to go into determining what gene sequence to use in the herd-specific vaccines!16
2021
Now fast forward to 2021, with the money for the sale of Harrisvaccines Inc to Merck AH and no doubt some kind of royalty kick-back, Dr Hank Harris and his son Joel Harris go on to co-founded Genvax Technologies, an animal-vaccine company. It doesn’t currently sell any vaccines, but has been working on an mRNA platform focused primarily on products for swine.17
“Because of all the advances on the human side for mRNA or mRNA-based vaccines we see this technology as the next step…”
Says Joel Harris
They will still be looking at “Custom & Herd-specific Vaccines”. I wonder what kickback’s Iowa University is still getting?
I see these animal products as a prelude to human products, but also who knows what this is doing to the animal products that we consume.

Sorry I am not a writer, if you are an avid reader, it is not my strength! I am a plotter of data points, capturing source links to history, before it disappears online or from our memories! I hope you find it useful in your education and helping to reveal the agenda “creep” to others.

Very important reporting, thank you. Few others are looking at the Great Reset and the 4th Industrial Revolution as a whole and the details that underpin their plans. Alison McDowell does and you are another one. Thank God! Knowledge is power.
The new economic system is ready to go and has been planned for years by the likes of those behind the hedge funds who invest in the companies you mentioned and their state partners.
Animal trials are usually carried out before a drug is released on humans and that looks like the case with this technology which is a convenient way to make money and take control over people.
I notice they use electricity to get the replicon into cells. Electricity seems very important in their plans and not just to light our streets and drive our cars but also in the human body.
All our elite universties have been bought out and are part of the push to create a market in human capital as well as pigs and trees. Biophysics, econophysics and social physics all enmeshed. They want us to be agents in their game and live in a material world while they operate outside it, pulling our digital strings. They see a global world where we can behave only within the guidelines detailed in the Sustainable Development Goals. Carbon credits are a part of that as are the "vaccines" which seem to be population reducing as well as money making.
Part of that will no doubt be monitoring and exploiting our bodies using the RNA technology, just like they do with the poor pigs.
The obvious question to an ignorant soul like me would be, why are the pigs sick in the first place? What kind of conditions are they being kept in that allows such problems to arise? They couldn't possibly have created a problem that they happen to have the solution to? That rings a bell too.
Pet rabbits are receiving shots for Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease, manufactured by Medgene. These may be mRNA, though Medgene is not clear, stating only "Medgene's vaccine approaches leverage a USDA-approved "platform technology" that is safely and easily adapted to multiple animal disease targets." https://medgenelabs.com/rabbits/
I used to be active in rabbit rescue and care with Rabbit Advocates in Portland, OR. This organization is now requiring the Medgene RHDV2 (rabbit hemorrhagic virus) vaccination for any rabbit going to adoption or grooming events. https://rabbitadvocates.org/rhdv | https://rabbitadvocates.org/events
This is an EUA vaccine and only partially safety tested. Its adjuvants contain aluminum, which has been implicated in various adverse events in human and animals.

Its ingredients include : Recombinant RHDV2 protein, saline, gentamicin, thimerosal, and aluminum hydroxide.
See details at https://medgenelabs.com/rhdv2-vaccine/ and https://medgenelabs.com/rhdv2/ and https://rabbit.org/faq-for-medgenes-rhdv2-vaccine/
Without more data and complete safety studies, I would not give this to a rabbit of mine, even though I know RHD is deadly. Ironically, the RHDV vaccines came out about the same time as Covid vaccines.
